HULL CONSTRUCTION
Foam Core sandwich construction throughout, with double bias or bi-axial glass fabrics. Carbon fiber is used selectively in highly stressed areas, while main hull keel is reinforced with Kevlar, both sides of core. This helps stiffen the hull for rig loads, plus is an excellent barrier against hull penetration should boat go a ground.
Resin Infused – all parts are fully resin infused with vinylester under a high vacuum to exacting specifications which draws the resin through the various reinforcing fabrics and perforated foam core simultaneously, giving aerospace quality laminates.
